I aim to contribute to the success of my clients' businesses by providing cutting-edge, high-quality legal services on both domestic and cross-border corporate matters.

After graduating from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Tokyo, I gained top-level corporate law experience at a major international law firm in Japan and further honed my practice in Silicon Valley in the United States.

    Profile

I have handled numerous contract negotiations and lawsuits involving intellectual property rights, including infringement and invalidation actions, and I also work on M&A transactions involving technology companies for which intellectual property is a key asset.

As in-house counsel, I have led startup fundraisings and alliance negotiations with major corporations, and I also have experience in regulatory affairs for an AI medical device startup.

Drawing on my experience working in a Singapore office, I also handle matters involving Singapore and other Southeast Asian jurisdictions, as well as cross-border matters more broadly.
